Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes checkout faster next time and lets you track past orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help — we dispatch orders quickly, so once an order has shipped we can't cancel it, but you're still covered by your right to cancel and return it. See our Terms and Conditions and Returns page for details.
Where's my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived when expected, get in touch and we'll look into it.
Something arrived missing, damaged, or wrong — what do I do?
Sorry about that — email us with your order number and photos where possible, and we'll sort it out. See our Returns page for the full process.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently — we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
